Luckily I have Em in my corner, and not just as an impersonal piece worker - she is genuinely on my team and cares about my financial arrangements and security. My first impression of Em was that she was authentic and she has proven that over and over. It’s not just that it’s a matter of personal pride that she excels as what she does or that it’s clear that she knows what she’s doing, big-time. Em actually seems to derive joy from being part of her clients’ stories.
